Warranty Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Our Warranty Policy outlines how our warranty works, what is covered and how long your coverage lasts. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring that any valid warranty concerns are handled promptly and fairly. This policy provides all the information you need to understand your coverage and the simple steps to follow should you ever need to make a claim.
1. Warranty Coverage
▪ Warranty terms are set by the product manufacturer.
▪ Coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
▪ Coverage starts from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).
▪ Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
2. Your Warranty Does Not Cover
▪ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, overloading, or unauthorized modifications/ repairs.
▪ Normal wear and tear.
▪ Products with missing or altered serial numbers/labels.
▪ Items outside the warranty period.
3. Making A Warranty Claim
▪ Check eligibility – Make sure you are within the warranty period and have proof of purchase.
▪ Contact us – We’ll guide you on the next steps and inspection.
▪ Inspection – We will examine the product to confirm whether it meets warranty conditions.
▪ Manufacturer review – If your item satisfies warranty conditions, we will submit the claim and required documents (including photos) to the manufacturer.
▪ Approval – If approved, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. If declined, we’ll explain why and offer repair/replacement options at your cost.

Product Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item here’s what you need to know.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
1.2. Items must be new, unused and in resaleable condition with all original
packaging, tags, manuals and accessories intact unless deemed to be defective. 1.3. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, installation, tampering or
damage unless deemed to be defective.
1.4. Please bring your invoice or sales receipt as proof of purchase.
1.5. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-mixed paints
• Special ordered items (Note: special ordered items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis).
• Clearance or final sale items.
2. Maybe You Purchased the Incorrect Item
2.1. If you purchased the incorrect item, we may be able to offer an exchange as
long as the product meets the eligibility conditions above.
2.2. If the item costs more, you pay the difference.
2.3. If the item costs less, we’ll refund the difference or hold the amount as a credit on your account.
3. If Your Item is Defective
3.1. If an item is defective, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same product. Note,
warranty terms and conditions apply.
3.2. Items may be exchanged for products of equal value. If the exchange is for a higher value item, you must pay the difference. If it is less, you may be refunded the difference.
4. Refunds
4.1. All returns are inspected and approved before a refund is issued.
4.2. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless management approves a different option. No cash refunds are given.
